Barrier Films
Barrier flexible packaging’s allow breathability, humidity and preservation of freshness and, particularly, elimination of aroma. Different gauges of flexible material can be used to offer high levels of protection, even without any secondary packaging.
Low/Medium/High levels of barrier available as lidding films, skin films, vacuum pouches, theremoformed Soft Bottom Film and bags. Our lidding films are used on our Pet, Pet/Pe and PP trays/films. Perishable sensitive foods such as ; fresh or cooked meats, seafood, cheese, milk and yogurt require medium (PA) to high barrier (EVOH) packaging to keep fresh and to extend shelf life. This is where Tayflex excels.
